Cork Calf Raises
Have the two half circle cork boards side by side. Stand on the half-circle cork boards. Slowly rise up onto your toes by lifting your heels. Then slowly lower your heels back down. Keep the movement slow and controlled the whole time.
Cork Massage Ball
Place the ball under the front part of your foot. Slowly roll it side to side, then forward and back, to massage the bottom of your foot. As the tension starts to ease, slowly add more pressure.
Roller Foot Massage
Place the mini roller under your foot. Slowly roll it back and forth from your toes to your heel. As the tension starts to ease, slowly apply more pressure.
Roller Leg Massage
Place the mini roller under your leg. Use your hands on the ground and your other leg for support. Slowly move your body back and forth over the roller.
If you do not need extra support, place your opposite leg on top of the leg that is on the mini roller.
Cork Board Balance
Place two half-circle cork boards side by side. Stand on the boards and try to keep your body balanced. For support, stand near a counter, wall, or sturdy chair.
Once balancing on two legs feels easy, try standing on one leg using a single half-circle cork balance board.
